Managing Partners

Sander F. Mallien is chairman and managing partner of board matters. Mr. Mallien assumed his current position in October 2004 and heads up the Professional Directors Division. Over the course of the last twenty years he held a number of significant roles in Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch and brings a wealth of experience and a wide network of industry contacts to board matters. Moreover, Mr. Mallien served on the Board of Directors of various companies in Finance, Energy, Telecommunications and Insurance/Reinsurance industries.

Anthony J. Osijo is a managing partner of board matters. Mr. Osijo heads the Financial Intermediary Division. A qualified accountant with over 17 years industry experience, Mr Osijo holds an MBA from Duke University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, a member of the Securities Institute (MSI) and an elected Member of the Financial Services Committee of the ACCA. Previously, he held a number of senior executive positions in WestLB, Deutsche Bank, UBS, MeesPierson and SPP Investment Management.
